Royal Rumble 91 - Miami, FL - Arena - January 19, 1991
Featured a segment in which Sensational Sherri came out to the interview platform with Gene Okerlund to beg the Ultimate Warrior to give Randy Savage a world title shot, since Sgt. Slaughter had already promised Savage a title shot if he were victorious over Warrior; after calling the Warrior out and referring to him as yellow, the Warrior finally appeared; moments later, Sherri attempted to seduce the Warrior into offering a title shot and got down on her knees, only for the Warrior to spit off to the side and refuse; Savage, who was watching backstage, ran out of his dressing room, through the crowd, and to the ringside area but the Warrior had already left.

Sgt. Slaughter pinned WWF World Champion the Ultimate Warrior at 12:46 to win the title with an elbow drop after Randy Savage and Sensational Sherri interfered, with Savage smashing his scepter over Warrior's head; Gen. Adnan, who came ringside with Slaughter, ran backstage after the opening moments of the contest after Warrior easily fought off a double team attack; moments later, Sensational Sherri came ringside and grabbed Warrior's leg, with him chasing her down the asile until he was jumped by Randy Savage near the entrance way; Savage dropped Warrior with a clothesline and hit him across the back with a spotlight stand as Slaughter distracted the referee; late in the bout, Warrior hit the flying shoulderblock and prepared for the gorilla press slam but Sherri returned ringside and distracted the champion from the apron; moments later, Warrior pulled her into the ring and press slammed her onto Savage, who had just appeared ringside; seconds later, a knee to the back by Slaughter resulted in Warrior laying his head on the middle rope, allowing Savage to hit him in the head with the sceptor; after coming to his senses, Warrior ran backstage to find Savage.
