This Ultimate Warrior figure was produced in 1994 by Funskool, a sister company of Hasbro. It is basically a repaint of Hasbro's 1991 Ultimate Warrior figure. Unfortunately as you can see from the picture the skintone on Warrior's upper body differs greatly from that of his legs. A horrible figure really.
